GOODS WITHIN Australia – all goods posted within Australia are delivered to you via TNT and/or Australia Post dependant on size – normal delivery times apply.

All goods are SECURELY packaged to minimalise the risk of damage. Any damage that does occur is the responsibility of the carrier, and you can contact the carrier regarding any damage incurred during transit.

GOODS SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY – all goods to overseas countries are sent via regular airmail to the respective countries. They are securely packaged to avoid damage. If damage occurs in transit, it is the responsibility of the local carrier to give you satisfaction with regard to the cost involved.

Bluecog reiterate that packaging is very secure, and damage to goods is unlikely.

RETURNS

In the event of goods being found to be faulty, the customer must, within 7 days of receipt, send back the faulty goods. (Postage information shall verify sending of goods within the 7-day period.) When the goods are verified to be faulty, they shall be replaced and shipped free of charge to the customer’s billing address. This excludes certain spare parts and semiconductors where we cannot verify that the customers equipment did not cause the item to fail.

In the event of the customer changing his/her mind, and wishing to return goods after receipt, Bluecog have a no-returns policy. Bluecog believe that sufficient information is given online to provide the customer with a preview.

In the event of the customer changing his/her mind BEFORE the goods are sent, please contact Bluecog via email. The customer can expect an email reply acknowledging receipt of the request. Upon verification, the customer will have a credit to his/her account to the value of the amount debited for the goods, or may opt to have the full amount minus handling fee of 20% of the order value credited to the credit card used in the transaction.

Bluecog are not responsible for the condition of goods once they pass into the care of the carrier.

The conditions on this page are designed to help the customers, as well as Bluecog, enter into a fair and just agreement about rights and responsibilities.

Bluecog believe that you are entitled to your privacy, and so ensure that any information gathered by this site is not passed on to third parties, except for the sole purpose of verifying your identity when you purchase from us using your credit card.

2. We do not sell, give, or distribute in any form your contact details, your credit card details, or any other details about you. We value your security and privacy. We DO NOT sell mailing lists, and we have no affiliates. Your privacy is guaranteed when you purchase from us.

You will find you are asked to provide some personal information, such as street address, phone number, etc. This is done SOLELY to validate your identity, so that we can be certain that purchases are not made with stolen or misappropriated credit cards. Online credit card fraud is a major concern for many businesses – it protects you AND us when we use various means to ensure you are the owner of the credit card used and the purchase made on our site is authenticated.
This personal information is used in no other way but to verify that you are who you say you are.
